How can I register for the conference and what are the registration charges?

Registrations can be done in two ways: Online or Offline. For online registration the interested candidates can visit the respective conference website registration pages and the charges will be clearly stated on that page. For offline registration, the respective program manager will send the bank details in the invoice through mail.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration fee includes access to all the conference sessions, the opportunity to give Keynote/ Plenary/ Poster Presentations/ Workshop, lunch and refreshment breaks on both days, abstract publication in our journals and conference book, certification, and will be provided with conference kit.

How do I get a receipt for my registration?

Once your registration is completed, you will be receiving confirmation mail to your registered mail confirming the payment along with the invoice with all the details of the package selected.

How do I submit my abstract?

Speakers can submit their abstract in the online link available on the respective conference website or they can send it as an attachment to the registered mail ID of the conference. The sample abstract will be available in the online link. Detailed instructions for guidelines will be available at https://coalesceresearchgroup.org/guidelines

Will I be eligible for group discount?

A group discount will be only applicable if more than 3 members are going to register. You can contact the concerned program manager for more details. Make sure the group discount registration must be booked at the same time otherwise it will not be applicable.

If I can cancel my registration, will I receive the refund?

Where can I find guidelines and information about poster and video submission guidelines?

After acceptance of the abstract, we will be sending all the details about the poster presentation and video submission to the mail. For more details, you can go through https://coalesceresearchgroup.org/guidelines

Is it possible to make change once the program is finalized?

The final program will be uploaded to the website and will be sent to the presenters, and changes can be done by requesting to the program manager.
